All boards include a quad or thruster set of futures or gearbox (fcs compatible) fin boxes.
I specialise in 2 types of build process:
1. The first and most popular is a fully glassed epoxy composite build. These boards are built using the finest materials including surfset epoxy resin, 2 layers of 4oz glass underneath, 2 layers of 4oz glass and paulownia skin on deck. The extra reinforcing makes these boards extremely strong yet still weigh in around 3kg or less (6ft boards). The paulownia deck acts as a parabolic rail yet maintains excellent flex characteristics. All boards are sanded to a matt finish.
2. The second is a full ecoboard build consisting of an xps foam core (waterproof), paulownia skins and solid cork rails. These boards are not fiberglassed and have no resin apart from a small amount of epoxy in the fin boxes and leash pug. These boards can be finished in aquacote or lanolin. Any of my shapes can be built in eco construction as well as full customs. Contact me HERE regarding your specific needs and I can tailor one to your specific requirements.
The PICKLE is more of your conventional shape board. It is a great Indo board and pretty much what I solely ride in performance surf. It's comprised of a nicely balanced outline topped off with a rounded squaretail. However it's what you cant see that counts. The bottom consists of a chine rail balanced with a single, douuble to V out the tail. All in all this board has incredible speed yet surfs great rail to rail. A hard rail till 1ft from the nose allows great release for controlled tail slides and the like.
The UNICORN is the result of many years of work and design. This board is a great all rounder and perfect as a 1 board quiver. The wide point is right at the chest area making it a super smooth paddler and gives plenty of planing volume which makes this a great little groveller. However turn up the surf size (I've ridden a 5'10" in double overhead) and it handles it so well. The bottom chine gives this board speed on tap whilst the incut drastically narrows the board at your front foot allowing for tight and seamless turning ability. Although the UNICORN looks far from your traditional surfboard it is pretty much the most fun and capable board I have ever ridden.
5'6" riders up to 90kg
5'10" riders over 90kg
6'0" for wave pigs
Super fun traditional fish shape, easy paddler, big carves. Suits a variety of waves from pointbreaks to beach and reef breaks. Great all-rounder summer fun board. Handles waist high up to 2x overhead. I generally also build this board with a chine as the speed it generates is amazing. Bottom contours are a single double however a large single all the way through also works well in this shape.
The DUNNY DOOR is a mini simmons style fun board. Great in small wind blown mush up to double head high surf. Mal-like paddling, easy turning. Its flat rocker makes it a breeze to paddle into the fattest of waves. A chine rail and aggressive bottom contours make this a very fast, manoeuvrable and fun board. Great when nothing else works however shines in quality surf as well. The smaller you go the looser it gets. Available in a diamond or double diamond tail.
BBQ SAUCE because its good on everything. Great all-rounder, easy paddling board. Good for a waist high grovel up to 1-1.5x overhead.
I also have a bunch of other templates from prior custom builds. Anything you see in my gallery or instagram/facebook I will have a template for. I not only build surfboards but also build kneeboards and bodyboards, and I also have a range of shapes and sizes on file.

FISH FINGA INCUT
Using my standard fish finga shape I have incorporated an incut to dial up the turning capacity of these super fun boards. The first one i built was a 7ft fish (pictured). This thing is nuts, it paddles and catches waves like a midlength but surfs like a shortboard. As you'd expect its great as a groveller board however it really comes into its own when there is a bit of size. I like where this shape is going so stay tuned for some more sizes soon.
A few years ago I had a number of requests to do a hypto style shape build. Whilst I don't really build these anymore I do have a few templates from back when I was doing a few. Still happy to make this shape however I'd be inclined to up the bottom contour potential however I can keep it to spec if you prefer.
